We accept cash, cheque, and most major credit and debit cards. We will ask for a deposit on your first visit with full payment being made before or on completion of dental treatment. You may also join a private dental care scheme (Denplan or Practice Plan) for an affordable monthly payment.
We provide you with an estimate of the cost of your treatment after the dentist has examined you and prepared a treatment plan. Written estimates will be issued for any treatment over £50. If there is any change during treatment we will discuss it with you and see how you wish to proceed.
All treatment should be paid for as it is done or in advance, with the full amount being paid before or on completion of treatment. Hygienists visits are payable on booking the appointment.

You can obtain a copy of the practice complaints policy from our receptionists who will explain the procedure and deal with any concerns you might have.
